Mission statement
Our mission is to provide a space, tool set, and guidance in this journey to healthier living. We endeavor to provide our customers with the most effective, quality health and wellness services & products available. We believe that good health and wellness is essential for living a happy, enjoyable life, and that everyone deserves access to the best possible products and information to achieve their health goals. We are committed to offering products that are safe, natural, and effective, and to providing exceptional customer service and support. We aim to empower our customers to take charge of their health and wellness and to be a trusted source of information and education in the field of natural health.
Wellness Services
Client diagnostic - Based on asking a series of specialized questions we will take a history, of activities, diet, symptoms, and goals. We will then look at each individual and customize a wellness plan for them. Each wellness plan will include a diet plan, exercise plan, wellness accountability calendar, and a first-month membership. This discounted membership allows you to access member's rights such as our online forum, Wellness monthly newsletter, online weekly life coaching, and more.
The cost is 175nis or $50
Supplement & Equipment sales - We offer a wide range of Supplements for sale. We specialize in offering only the highest quality supplements at the cheapest cost possible. We also offer a wide range of Wellness products from Yoga mats, to essential oils, including hard-to-find items like kits to create your own meditation room.

Bodywork: - We offer a wide range of healing modalities including Massage, Acupuncture, Chiropractor adjustments, Naturopathy, and more...
All treatments are 350nis or $100
QMRA TESTING - We offer a safe, non-evasive, full-body diagnostic test using the latest technology. The Quantum Magnetic Resonance Analyzer emits a magnetic wave, by measuring the resonance within various cells of the body, we can produce a full diagnostic report in all areas of body wellness.
QMRA testing includes an online detailed report and a half-hour meeting describing the results.

Life Coaching - We offer online and in-person life coaching. We help facilitate your achieving dreams, removing blocks, and getting clarity.
Wellness planning - We offer guidance in nutrition, exercise training, and Lifestyle changes
Meditation & Movement Classes - We offer both online and in-center classes and guided meditation. This can be on an individual or group basis.
